Films will be screened in Flash and HTML5 so the technical and system requirements you need are very simple:

- Operating system: Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7.MacOsX 10.4 o higher.

- A broadband Internet connection (At least 3Mb/sec)

- At least 2 GB RAM and 2 Ghz processing power

- An up-to-date version of Flash. (If you don't have one, you can download it here)

You will have access to the films a week prior to your festival; we strongly encourage you to test them with the exact same equipment you will be using for exhibition during the festival.

1. If I’m having a technical problem, need a question answered, or would like to make a suggestion, who should I talk to?

2. I’m playing a film and the video looks choppy and/or eventually stops. Is there anything I can do?

For starters, we would definitely recommend making sure your version of Flash is up-to-date. You can download the latest version for free here.  Aside from updating Flash and making sure your computer and internet provider meet the system requirements,our lead developer would also recommend:

• Shutting down all other programs

• Using Google Chrome (which has a low memory overhead)

• Restarting your computer, and not doing anything else except starting Chrome and watching the film

• You can also click ´pause´ for a few minutes while the film runs so internet speed charges the information in your player
