ORDERING INFORMATION
All orders must be accompanied by an institutional purchase order or payment. Payment may be made by institutional check, money order, or all major credit cards. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted. Please note, if you are tax exempt, all orders must be accompanied by your federal tax exempt number or you will be automatically charged tax when applicable.

DOWNLOAD LICENSE AGREEMENT

PUBLIC PERFORMANCE RIGHTS: DVD's and videos purchased from Pragda are licensed with Public Performance
Rights for non-commercial and educational exhibition when no admission fee is
charged and the performance takes place within your institution. Performances of Pragda titles
outside of your institution or if you collect money for people to see the film is strictly
prohibited without the written consent of Pragda. All titles are available in North America.
SALES: DVD's and videos are "Leased for the life of the media." Sale orders and inquiries may be emailed to spanishfilmclub@pragda.com.
PUBLIC EXHIBITION: Prices vary upon the nature of the screening. Rental orders and inquiries may be emailed to info@pragda.com. Order at least 3 weeks ahead of desired play date. Inquiries may be emailed to info@pragda.com.
SHIPPING: Orders usually ship within two business days. The cost for shipping and handling for continental US orders is: 1 title $15 each, 2-5 titles $10 each and 6 or more titles $8 each. Generally, we will ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If you would like a rush shipment, an additional fee of $25 will be applied to overnight shipments.
PREVIEWS:Unfortunately, we are unable to offer preview copies of our films for potential buyers at this time. We invite you to view the clips and read the information available about each of the films located on the title pages to get a fuller understanding of the concept and material covered within each film. For special circumstances, please contact spanishfilmclub@pragda.com.
COPYRIGHT: All of our films and videos are protected by United States copyright law. Duplication, reproduction, alteration, television broadcast, cablecast, loaning for a fee, leasing, sublicensing to others or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written permission from Pragda.
