SHIPPING INFORMATION
RIGHTS: DVD's and videos purchased from Pragda are licensed with Public Performance
Rights for non-commercial and educational exhibition when no admission fee is
charged. All titles are available in the United States. Inquire about rights for Canada
and other countries.
SALES: DVD's and videos are "Leased for the life of the media." Sale orders and
inquiries may be emailed to: info at pragda.com
PUBLIC PERFORMANCES: Prices vary upon the nature of the screening. Rental orders
and inquiries may be emailed to: info at pragda.com. Order at least 3 weeks ahead of
desired play date.
PREVIEWS: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer preview copies of our films for potential buyers.
We invite you to view the clips and read the information available about each of the
films located on the title pages to get a fuller understanding of the concept and
material covered within each film.
SHIPPING: Orders usually ship in two business days. The cost for shipping and handling
for continental US orders is: 1 title $15 each, 2-5 titles $10 each and 6 or more titles
$8 each. Generally, we will ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If you would
like a rush shipment, an additional fee of $25 will be applied to overnight shipments.
COPYRIGHT
All of our films and videos are protected by United States copyright law. Duplication, reproduction, alteration, television broadcast, cablecast, loaning for a fee, leasing, sublicensing to others or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written permission from Pragda. Public Performance Rights are included with institutional purchase price as long as admission is not charged and the "performance" takes place within your institution. The price for your institution also includes a license for closed-circuit use within a single campus. Performances of Pragda titles outside of your institution or if you collect money for people to see the film is strickly prohibited without the written consent of Pragda.
